      This highly resilient, carrier-grade converged server offers built-in redundancy in all core components. It features geographic survivability, separating the call agents (processors) and applications between redundant data centers on layer 2 networks with delays of up to 2-3 milliseconds. This server is the first VoIP multifunction switch certified for deployment into the U.S. Federal Department of Defense network.

      The industry’s most scalable IP PBX, the 2100 supports 500,000 SIP endpoints, 99,999 call center agents, 120,000 simultaneous calls, and 2.4 million busy hour call completions.

This high-end server combines the scalability, reliability and networking features typically found only in carrier solutions.
     
    It is available as a pure IP telephony solution or as a hybrid solution with both TDM and IP endpoints. Open standards allow the server to work with a variety of line and trunk gateways—including H.248, H.323, MGCP, and SIP.
