These multi-line IP phones offer 12 soft programmable line/feature keys, and four context-sensitive soft label keys. Fixed keys are release, hold, volume, mute, handsfree, quit, and copy. Soft keys are inbox, directory, outbox, expand, services, quit, and copy.

Deliver multimedia content
The 2000 Series phones feature large 5.7” diagonal, 320x240 pixel, backlit, QVGA Color Super-twisted Nematic2 (CSTN) touchscreen LCDs. An integrated USB port for standard mice, keyboards and powered hubs plus a four-way navigation cluster allow users to navigate content easily.

Reduce cables, reduce costs
An Integrated IEEE 10/100 switch with both LAN and PC ports supports direction of collocated PC traffic through the phone, reducing costs with single-cable-drop infrastructure to the desktop.
