NACR Leadership

Meet the team that leads NACR.


John Lyons, President and CEO


John is a proven senior executive with over 25 years experience in the technology industry with extensive knowledge of both products and services, including the managed services, and cloud-based segments.


In September 2012, John was named President and CEO of NACR, a ConvergeOne company. Prior to that he served in several capacities for ConvergeOne. As Vice President of Corporate Development, he led the acquisition of two professional services companies – SimpliCTI and The NorthPark Group. He also served as EVP of Services for NACR and President of S1 IT Solutions.


Prior to joining the ConvergeOne family of companies, John was Senior Vice President at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, where he was instrumental in driving revenue, growth and transforming the company to a high-value outsourcing service provider.


Before that, John served as CEO of Mimeo.com, a leading cloud-based, digital print provider, and as President of ENTEX Information Services a $2 billion Technology Acquisition Services Division.


John began his career at IBM and is a graduate of Syracuse University.



Dick Bourdow, Vice President, Central Region


Dick has more than 30 years of experience in IT services and telecommunications. He joined NACR in 2000 as vice president for the central region, managing all sales and services activities, growing the region from the ground up to achieve over $140 million in revenue. Previously Dick served in various key sales positions including sales manager and account executive at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.


Seth Frank, Vice President, Northeast Region


Seth joins NACR with over 20 years of success in the communications industry. Seth comes to NACR from Avaya, where as Global Vice President of Professional Services, his responsibilities included direct management of 1,200 employees, strategic initiatives, and delivery of services in support of the Avaya sales channels and more than 100 partners worldwide. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at Atos/Siemens, Lucent Technologies and CompuCom Systems.


Craig Chumley, Vice President, Southern Region


Craig Chumley Craig joined NACR in 2009 as the Sales Director for the Southeast, where he developed Southeast Area based a high performance sales organization includes Strategic Account Managers, Convergence Engineers and Contact Center Solution Consultants, and finished the year with 53% growth compared with 2008. Over the past five years, he has continued to invest in the team and make impressive yearly gains with an average of 35% year over year growth. Craig’s team had significant wins across all our key business segments, Contact Center, Unified Communications, Professional Services and including some of NACR’s largest Ovation Managed Services sales during his leadership of the Southeast area. Craig was promoted to Vice President of Southern region in 2015. He has more than twenty years of experience in the Unified Communications and Contact Center/Customer Experience industry and held various leadership positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya prior to joining NACR.


Klaus Hillmann, Vice President, Western Region


Klaus Hillmann Klaus is a Unified Communications and Contact Center industry veteran of more than 20 years. Prior to joining NACR, Klaus was a National Partner Manager for Avaya where he helped recruit, onboard and manage some of Avaya’s largest resellers. Before Avaya, Klaus was the Corporate Sales Director for Source, Inc, a top regional Avaya reseller in Texas. At Source, Klaus helped transform the organization from a secondary market remanufacturer of equipment to a solution focused integrator, working his way up through the organization from account manager to the leader of a $40M sales and engineering team. Klaus joined NACR in January 2010 as a sales director in the Southern Region. He has managed and developed one of the most successful sales teams in the organization, growing from $20m to $38M under his leadership. Klaus is a graduate from the University of North Texas.
