Meet the team that leads NACR.

 

John Lyons, President and CEO

 

John is a proven senior executive with over 25 years experience in the technology industry with extensive knowledge of both products and services, including the managed services, and cloud-based segments.

 

In September, 2012 John was named  President and CEO of NACR,  a ConvergeOne company.  Prior to that he served in several capacities  for ConvergeOne. As Vice President of Corporate Development, he led the acquisition of two professional services companies – SimpliCTI and The NorthPark Group. He also served as EVP of Services for NACR and President of S1 IT Solutions.

 

Prior to joining  ConvergeOne family of companies, John was Senior Vice President at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and transforming the company to a high-value outsourcing service provider. Before that, John served as CEO of Memeo.com, a leading cloud-based, digit print provider, and as President of ENTEX Information Services $2 billion Technology Acquisition Services Devision.

 

John began his career at IBM and is a graduate of Syracuse University.

 

 

Dick Bourdow, Vice President, Central Region

 

Dick has more than 28 years of experience in IT services and telecommunications. He joined NACR in 2000 as vice president for the central region, managing all sales and services activities, growing the region from the ground up to achieve over $140 million in revenue. Previously Dick served in various key sales positions including sales manager and account executive at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

 

Seth Frank, Vice President, Northeast Region

 

Seth joins NACR with over 20 years of success in the communications industry. Seth comes to NACR from Avaya, where as Global Vice President of Professional Services, his responsibilities included direct management of 1,200 employees, strategic initiatives, and delivery of services in support of the Avaya sales channels and more than 100 partners worldwide. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at Atos/Siemens, Lucent Technologies and CompuCom Systems.

 

David Garlich, Vice President, Southern Region

 

David has over 20 years of success in telecommunications, with expertise in sales, sales management, technical management, and operations. He joined NACR in 2001 as its first sales director and built a team from zero to 16 NAMs with margins approaching $10 million. He was promoted in 2010 to vice president of the southern region, where he has expanded the business by close to 50% in two years.

 

Dennis Clevenger, Vice President, Western Region

 

Dennis has over 30 years of success in various roles in the telephony and IT industries, with particular expertise in operating and leading large sales and field services organizations. Dennis joined NACR in 2001 and has grown the region’s business from zero to approximately $100 million. He has also been the sponsoring executive for several integrations, including Combest Hospitality and S1 IT Solutions Voice.
