We begin new implementations and platform upgrades with off-site staging using the highest quality-assurance standards at our Performance Readiness Center® in Eagan, Minnesota. There, we do the heavy lifting for you: we receive all shipments and handle the work required prior to installation. This rigorous staging process helps ensure a quick, successful deployment.

Unified Communications (UC) Integration

Our engineers have designed, architected, or implemented Microsoft Lync solutions, including remote call control and enterprise voice deployments, from 50 to over 3,000 clients. Our solutions have included all aspects of Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange unified messaging, Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and 2007 R2, enterprise voice and/or remote call control, conferencing (instant messaging, audio, video, and web), and edge devices.
